3CX Intermediate Hot Desking

In this module, we cover the configuration of IP Phones as hot desking devices and how to allow multiple extensions to login to the phones.

1. By default, all extensions are configured as hot desking extensions.

2. When logging in to a hot desking extension, the Extension Number and Voicemail PIN, which can be found in the Welcome Email, will be needed.
